All Sales Final Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, quality control, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations under any circumstances.
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Syveyn is not responsible for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect item selection, length, texture, or lace choice
- Improper handling or installation after delivery
- Delays caused by carriers once the package has shipped
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure accuracy and quality.
By completing a purchase with Syveyn, you acknowledge and agree to this All Sales Final policy.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within same day to 2 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times begin after processing and typically take 1–14 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. Most packages will be processed, fulfilled, and delivered in 3 days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Domestic (United States):
- Flat rate shipping: $30
- Free shipping on orders $500+
International:
- Flat rate shipping: $40
- Free international shipping on orders $500+
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy (No Refunds)
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us for this reason, it is not eligible for a refund.
- If the customer requests the order to be resent, payment of a new shipping fee is required. The customer will have 7 days from the date they are notified to submit payment for reshipping.
- If the reshipping fee is not paid within 7 days, the order will be considered abandoned property and will be retained by the business with no refund, replacement, or store credit issued.
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this policy.
Additional Information
- Syveyn is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- Syveyn is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If you qualify for free shipping make sure to manually select the free shipping option at checkout, Syveyn will not be responsible for shipping refunds if wrong option is selected.

Chargebacks
By completing a purchase with Syveyn (SV), you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason.
All sales are final. Syveyn does not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.
Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated without first contacting Syveyn will be considered a violation of this policy.
Syveyn reserves the right to:
- Permanently ban customers who file chargebacks or payment disputes
- Refuse future service
- Submit all order documentation, tracking confirmation, delivery proof, and communication records to the payment processor to contest the dispute
Chargebacks filed due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect item selection, shipping delays, failure to read policies, or dissatisfaction after delivery will not be honored.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the appropriate payment networks and collections agencies when applicable.

2. Product Use & Disclaimer
- Products are intended for personal use only.
- Syveyn makes no warranties regarding results or outcomes of product use.
- Syveyn is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse or improper handling of products.
3. Intellectual Property
- All content, images, logos, and branding on the Syveyn website are the property of Syveyn.
- Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syveyn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
5. Modifications
- Syveyn reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws.

Monthly Hair Drawing
1.Eligibility• To enter, your order must be $350 or more.
• Open to all customers where legally permitted.
2.Prize• Each month, one winner will receive:
•Free hair (bundles with frontal/closure or wig (randomly selected).
• Premium bundles include 3 bundles with a closure or frontal• Classic bundles include 4 bundles with a closure or frontal• Wigs are 180% density•Free install - choice of wig install, quick weave, or sew-in (other alternative styles can be requested, subject to approval)
• Winners may also choose to receive only the hair or only the install; the portion not selected will be offered to the next eligible participant.
• All hair won is randomized as described above. The install will be corresponding to hair chose.
3.Winner Notification• Winners will be notified via email.
• Winners have 3 days to respond. Failure to respond forfeits the prize to the next eligible participant.
• If two participants forfeit in a given month, the drawing for that month will be skipped and resumed the following month.
4.Stylist & Deposit• Stylist choices will be preselected per city, unless otherwise stated.
• The winner must pay a deposit for the stylist to secure the appointment.
• The deposit is refundable, and will be gave back in full upon confirmation and proof of the end of the appointment.
5.Shipping & Install Coordination• Hair will be shipped according to Syveyn’s standard shipping policy.
• Installs must be scheduled with the preselected stylist; failure to confirm or no-show may result in forfeiture of the install portion.
6.Miscellaneous• Syveyn reserves the right to modify, cancel, or disqualify entries at its discretion.
• The drawing is void where prohibited by law.
• By participating, winners agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Natural Hair Clause
All hair sold by Syveyn (SV) is 100% human hair unless otherwise stated. While our hair is carefully sourced, processed, and inspected for quality:
1.Natural Variation• Hair texture, density, length, and color may naturally vary from bundle to bundle.
• Slight differences are normal and are not considered defects.
2.Processing & Styling• Hair may have been lightly processed to achieve texture or curl patterns.
• Hair is free from synthetic fillers, harsh chemicals, and coatings unless otherwise noted.
• Hair can be bleached, dyed, or styled with proper care; results may vary depending on handling.
3.Care & Maintenance• Follow Syveyn’s care instructions for best results and longevity.
• Improper use, heat, or chemical processing may cause damage and is not covered by any warranty.
4.Hygiene & Safety• For hygiene reasons, all sales of human hair are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be offered.
5.Disclaimer• Syveyn does not guarantee uniformity across all hair bundles or wigs.
• Any natural shedding, tangling, or slight imperfections are considered normal for virgin human hair.
